Our Company was born out of the wide gap noted within the IT Auditing and Risk Management functional areas within local companies. Many organizations have an Internal Audit Function performing financial and operational audits and assessments. However, fail to evaluate the associated inherent risks Information Technology poses to the organization and the overall achievement of business objectives. Today, information technology and digital transformation is not only a buzz word but a mandate by senior management, board of directors and executive management to accomplish business objectives. The risk relating to this digital imperative has to be effectively, managed, measured and mitigated.
